    Kaitlyn Pettet, Natalie Vandesteene, Makenna Bowling, and Addison Weatherford are new members of the "Top-10 Club."

The Lady Flashes Track team were victorious Saturday at the Kenny Randle Invitational hosted by Lawrence Central totaling 197 points to outdistance Plainfield by 16 points. Event winners included Sammy Jones in Pole Vault, Shelby Lambrecht in Shot Put and Discus, and Akua Sackey in the 100 and 200. Runner-Up individual performances went to Ashleigh Brown in the long jump, Samantha Moore in the 100 hurdles, Stella Franic in the 1600, Lamonee Dozier in the 400, Savanna Little in the 300 hurdles, Ella Matlock in the 3200. Friday night, several distance runners competed in the Carmel 3200 Showcase which is a meet of only 3200m races for the top runners in the state. The FC ladies had a phenomenal night and rewrote the record book running 4 of the top-10 fastest 3200 times in school history. Natalie Vandesteene's time of 11:09.09 puts her at #6 ALL-TIME with fellow sophomore Makenna Bowling close behind at 11:09.60 for the #7 mark ALL-TIME. Senior Kaitlyn Pettet turned in a 23-second personal best time to run 11:10.61, good enough for #8 ALL-TIME. Sophomore Addie Weatherford dropped a whopping 33-second personal best time to run 11:14.33, good enough for #10 ALL-TIME. The FC Track Ladies are next in action this Friday at the Mooresville Blue and Gold Relays!
